Terms and Conditions

Account Charges

Payment terms shall be 14 days from the date of the invoice. Late invoices may incur an interest charge of 5% of the invoice total.

Cancellation Charge

Any booking cancelled within 1 hour of the agreed pick up time will be charged agreed fee for hire.

Additional charges

All car parking, congestion charge, bridge tolls will be added to account when incurred. Chauffeurs requiring overnight accommodation £75 will be added to the clients invoice.

Hire periods

All hire periods will start when the chauffeur or vehicle arrives at the pick up point and finishes at the destination point specified at time of booking.

Chauffeur only service

Clients must provide full insurance cover for our chauffeurs driving clients own vehicle.

We do not accept responsibility or liability for

Delays caused by bad weather conditions, Amenities provided by third party, any theft or damage to property except where this is caused as a direct action of our chauffeur. Any delays caused by strike action.
